About Me

I am a passionate and dedicated bodyworker, healer, facilitator and sacred feminine yoga teacher, having devoted myself to learning various forms of healing, bodywork and movement practices over the last 25 years. The pinnacle of my career in the wellbeing industry so far was the creation of my signature treatment 'The Goddess at Gwinganna'. This unique and transformational offering became one of the most sought-after treatments at Australia's leading health retreat Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat. 

Most recently I have dedicated my energy to teaching Ka Huna Bodywork at High Spirits Retreat – the leading institution for Hawaiian Bodywork in Australia, and Heartworks Lomi Lomi in various locations throughout the world.

In a bodywork session with me, you are cocooned in a safe and sacred space and through awakening your feminine receptivity, I gently encourage complete surrender. After weaving my intuitive magic, you will leave feeling freedom in your physical body and a sense of coming home to your true essence.
